The City Gardens Club of New York, an 87 year old non-profit organization, is providing a limited number of scholarships to activity oriented summer workshops for New York City public school teachers. Workshops include:

The New York Botanical Garden Seedlings Program (K - 2nd Grade)	July 7 - 11, 2008 or July 14 - 18, 2008
The New York Botanical Garden Sapling Program (3rd - 5th Grade)	July 21 - 25, 2008 or July 28 - August 1, 2008
Brooklyn Botanic Garden "What Did a Plant Ever Do For You?" (Pre-K - 8th Grade)	July 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29, 2008 (10 evenings) 4 - 7 PM
Maine Audubon Society Workshop for Educators (6th - 8th Grade)	July 13 - 19, 2008
The Nature Conservancy, Shelter Island Natural History & Environmental Education for Educators (4th - 8th Grade)	July 7 - 10, 2008
