| December, 2007 Dear Exhibitor: Science Council of New York City is having their 31st annual conference on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Stuyvesant High School. The convention committee expects, and is planning for a greater turnout for this year's conference. As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to meet and speak with metropolitan New York City pre-service and in-service teachers, from elementary through college levels. These educators want and need this convention…and they want to see what your company has to offer. Supervisors will be looking to you for assistance in planning for texts, materials and services to comply with New York State MST (Math/Science/Technology) Learning Standards, Scope and Sequence and the Core Curricula. Our exhibit hall, the spacious Stuyvesant High School gymnasium, is within a short walk from workshops and meeting rooms. We have coordinated the convention workshops, so that the exhibit viewing will be at its maximum. DO NOT DELAY!!! UNDRAPED EXHIBIT TABLES (6 FT X 2 1/2 FT) are still $175.00. To reserve your exhibit table(s), complete the attached reservation form. Reservations received by February 28, 2008 will have the discounted fee of only $175.00 per exhibit table. After February 28th, the cost increases to $200.00*. Reservations must be received by March 22, 2008 for guaranteed inclusion in the convention booklet and prime exhibit space. Space is limited; reservations may not be accepted after April 1, 2008. Note, SCONYC will reserve a limited amount of parking spaces in the lot. If you are interested, please include $25.00 with your registration fee. Parking spaces will be available on a first come first serve basis. Interested in giving a workshop?
